Can HZXY certify round bar shipments to CSA G40.21 standards?
Yes. We routinely deliver Mill Test Certificates (MTC) conforming to EN 10204 Type 3.1 that certify full equivalence to CSA G40.21 (such as 44W and 50W) as well as ASTM A36, AISI 1045, and 4140. Chemical compositions and Charpy impact tests are fully documented for Canadian engineering verification.
How does HZXY ship to the Greater Toronto Area (GTA)?
We load breakbulk and containerized cargo directly out of Tianjin Port. For Ontario, containers sail to Montreal or Vancouver, transferring seamlessly via CN or CP rail directly to Toronto rail yards (BIT / Brampton / Concord), where local tilt-n-load flatbeds complete delivery to your plant or warehouse.
What are your custom deep processing capabilities for round bar?
In-house processing at our 1,500-acre Tianjin and Tangshan production bases covers precision cut-to-length saw cutting (±1mm), peeling, centerless grinding, chamfering, drilling, thread turning, quenching and tempering (Q&T), and hot-dip galvanizing per ASTM A123.
Can we consolidate round bars with H-beams, pipes, and coils?
Yes, this is our primary competitive advantage. As a complete integrated enterprise, contractors and distributors can combine solid round bars, deformed rebar, structural H-beams, square tubing, and valves into a single consolidated purchase order, dramatically lowering freight fees and clearing customs under one single manifest.
Are independent third-party inspections permitted prior to loading?
Yes, absolutely. We welcome third-party international testing authorities—including SGS, Bureau Veritas, and TÜV—to our Tianjin freight yards to perform dimensional checks, spectroscopic heat analysis, ultrasonic flaw testing, and coating thickness verifications prior to vessel dispatch.
What are your typical minimum order quantities (MOQ) and lead times?
For standard round bar sizes kept in regular inventory (carbon structural grades), our MOQ starts at 5 to 10 tons. For custom alloy melts or non-standard hot-rolled mill rollings, MOQs typically range from 20 to 25 tons. Standard production and processing cycles range between 15 to 25 days from contract confirmation.
